Small individual items are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Larger individual items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1 – 2 weeks (delivery times may vary depending on the location).

Delivery times for large individual items made to order can start from 8 – 12 weeks, depending on the item (please contact us directly to confirm the delivery time for such orders).

Small items such as material samples are usually shipped using a tracked 48-hour delivery service. Specific time windows cannot be specified, and parcels must be signed for. If delivery fails, a card will be left explaining that the package has been returned to the warehouse. Follow the instructions on the card to arrange further delivery or personal collection.

Our goal is to deliver all furniture using our own delivery and assembly service. If your location is outside our usual delivery area, we use several independent couriers covering most of Central Europe.

Our freight pallet delivery options include delivery only to your location.

Items will be packed and loaded onto a pallet, so they cannot be placed inside the house and will be left at a mutually convenient location, such as a parking lot, driveway, or garage, where pallet trucks can access.

We have a large network of couriers who can deliver throughout Europe.

It is a one-person service, so it will be suitable only if you are able to provide unloading of the vehicle and assembly. The courier will generally help you get the item into the room as long as it does not pose a risk to their health or your property.

Delivery will only be to the ground floor room unless otherwise agreed. All deliveries are subject to the courier’s decision.

Delivery is usually possible between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. depending on the courier’s schedule. When arranging your delivery, we will check your availability and try to find a suitable timeframe for both you and the courier. Because the courier will be traveling around the country with various deliveries in the vehicle, it can sometimes be difficult to determine an exact timeframe. Common are morning, afternoon, or evening time frames, although this may change depending on road conditions or other factors affecting the schedule.

We typically charge 50 € to 500 € for delivery depending on the size of the item and the location or country of destination.

For shipments abroad, we use international freight companies that ensure pick-up from our workshop and delivery to the destination. It is a door-to-door service, making ordering from us easy and stress-free. All items will be shipped in a custom-made heat-treated wooden crate.

Delivery includes only the destination. Items will be packed and loaded into the crate, so they cannot be placed on your property and will be left at a mutually convenient location, such as a parking lot, driveway, or garage, where pallet trucks can access. Larger items may need to be unloaded using a forklift truck if possible.
